Our clients include publicly traded companies, family offices, PE funds, public and private REITs, non-for-profit and for-profit organizations involved in affordable housing projects, and others. In addition, we frequently collaborate with business valuation firms to provide support with purchase price allocations (tangible and intangible real estate related assets and liabilities), audit reviews (property valuations and equity valuations), and estate valuations.

Our projects cover all property types, and range from a single asset to portfolios of over 100 assets located across the US. We also value performing and non-performing loans collateralized by real estate assets.
